Effective with the February 6, 2015, letting and beyond, a special provision will be placed in all projects that will allow the use of conduits listed and appropriately labeled by a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL), as recognized by Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
