Transfer of Tested Materials
When transferring construction materials which were tested and accepted for a specific project but are to be used on another project, it is not necessary to include a copy of the test report. However, the laboratory test report number must be placed on the Transfer of Tested Materials, Form 1178, so the test report can be obtained if necessary. One exception is for borderline results in which case a copy of the test report should be included with the Transfer of Tested Materials form for the information or action of the receiving Engineer. Refer to Figure 105-1.
